The person should be able to execute the task independently with some supervision.
He/she should design and develop components and source code in C#.Net in Windows environment and if required explore new technologies suiting the business requirement and guide the team in adopting them.
He/she shall also be responsible for project commitments within the given schedule.
Should be able to do unit testing, integration testing and resolve issues through good troubleshooting practices.
Should have good communication skills.
