Job Details: 

Documentation and ongoing task management

Timely and accurate service delivery

Communication: client team touch base

Working with team and managers to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.

Desired Profile:

 0-2 years of experience (voice and non voice)

 Only Graduates need to apply (BA / BCom / BBA / BHM / BSC / BCA)

 No Full time MCA / MBA / BTech / B Ed

 Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders

 Open to work in rotational shifts 24  5

 Working knowledge of Computers
